Return Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Conditions
- The item must be free of damage caused by improper use.
- Accessories and manuals must be included with the return.
- We do not accept returns of products that have been used for hygiene reasons, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Return Process
- Contact us at hello@luxnovaglow.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you the return shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately and we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
